Our Puppy to Adult Program is designed to provide a smooth, structured transition from puppyhood to adulthood, laying a strong foundation and building lasting habits along the way.
Your puppy will complete two separate training stays with us:
Initial Stay (1 Week): During their first stay, we focus on early socialization, engagement, confidence building, crate training, potty training, car travel, household manners, and more. This stage sets the groundwork for a well-adjusted and confident dog.
Second Stay (at 6 Months): Your dog will return for either our 4 or 5-week Board & Train program to build on those foundational skills with structured obedience, impulse control, public etiquette, and real-world application.
The program includes all essential training tools and hands-on lessons to ensure you feel confident maintaining your dog’s progress at home.
Training Focus Areas:
Foundational Commands (On/Off-Leash): Come, Sit, Down, Stay, Heel, Place/“Bed”. Your dog will master essential commands for everyday life and safe off-leash freedom.
Impulse Control: We teach your dog to remain calm and composed in a variety of real-world situations.
Confidence Building: We help your dog develop self-assurance, encouraging them to approach new environments and challenges with ease.
Car Travel Etiquette: Your dog will learn how to travel respectfully and safely in the car.
House Manners: From jumping to counter-surfing, we target unwanted behaviors to create a more peaceful home environment.
Crate Training: We reinforce the crate as a safe, comfortable space—offering your dog a secure place to rest and relax.
Puppy 101
Our Puppy 101 Program is designed to give your pup the best possible start by focusing on the essential building blocks of early development. This program addresses core puppy needs, including:
• Potty training
• Socialization
• Confidence building
• Crate training
• House manners
• And more
You can choose the format that best fits your lifestyle:
• Four Private Lessons: Hands-on sessions where you actively participate in your puppy’s training and learn alongside them.
• One-Week Trainer Stay: Let your puppy stay with our trainer for a full week of structured learning. At the end of the week, we’ll walk you through everything your puppy has learned and provide guidance for continued progress at home.
Please note: This program is focused solely on the foundational aspects of puppyhood and does not include formal obedience training.
